I looks like a pretty cool tent, but probably not much of a desert tent considering its high wind profile. I do like the huge shaded patio, that's pretty sweet! I thought the same thing when I first saw it. Suprisingly, it sheds the wind very well, much better than a dome tent or larger canvas tent ...
