Re: Having to login twice?
A great big THANK YOU!!! to the Admins for fixing the "login Memory" thing. I can now click login at the main page and be directed right to the forums without having to login again and it remembers me now too! Thanks for greasing my squeaky wheel

Re: Having to login twice?
You guys who are having problems may want to check your firewall or security settings as they can prevent the site from remembering you when you return. If you have your general security set to a very high level you may need to put this site on a list where less control of cookies is used (at least that's the way my security software works).
It works fine for me on both my work and home computers.

Re: Having to login twice?
If it wont let you in, no matter how many times you log in, it could be a cookie issue.
If you have cookies disabled (a good idea), you have to add oausa as an exception.
IE: Go to Tools Menu > Internet Options > Privacy Tab > Sites Button > then type in oausa.net and click allow.
Firefox: Process is similar, but I dont have FF in front of me so I cant give specifc instructions.
Once you add it, close and reopen the browser.
If it lets you in after an additional login, it could be a validation issue (since your profile says you are a global admin). Just like Unix requires a normal login and then a SU -xxx to perform admin tasks.

You shouldn't need to change any global settings. You can add exceptions (for cookies anyway) for specific sites.Cnynrat wrote:If you have your general security set to a very high level you may need to put this site on a list where less control of cookies is used

Re: Having to login twice?
Ok, I put it into my Internet Explorer and into my firewall as an allowed site, but I still have to relog in every time I come back. What am I doing wrong? Trying to log in I mean.
My wife tells me everything I do wrong.

Re: Having to login twice?
Has anyone found a way around logging in everytime. Is the site not remembering my login?
