just set up your radio for this repeater:

Keller Peak 146.385mhz, + offset, PL: 146.2 (it may already be programmed, but the frequency may be incorrect. Keller switched fequencies recently)

or if you use Echolink, look for the KPRA repeater.

Thanks, Eric. You did have it programmed in, but I'll check it for the updated freq.
