Can any one bring along some extra tables to put the food on
I am just remembering how many people were standing and eating last year. So maybe we can leave the picnic tables for eating at.
That old ratty canopy has been tore down. There are a bunch of picnic tables there in that spot though. They have also put in a nice new canopy that is about 20' x 30' with some tables under it and it's on a concrete pad. I'm thinking we can eat at the huge group of table and put the food and tables under the canopy.

So we are about
1 week away from the event and I still have some food slots open.
If you are planning on bring a
Dinner but want to keep it a secret you don’t have to tell me what it is just let me put your name down.
If you are planning on bring a
Side please let me know.
If you are planning on bring a
Dessert that is unique and tasty, please please let me know.
Please don’t forget our Beer and Wine tasting this year. If you have a favorite brew please let us try it. If it be Bud Light or 2 Buck Chuck or something from your local brewery or winery we all would be happy to share it with you.
Also it has been broght to my attion that it gets cold at night

and it might be good to provide warm beverages for after dinner, like coffee, tea, hot coco or even
Apple Cider from the Julian Cider Mill.
P.S.
If some of you have signed up for the potluck already and your name is not on the first page please let me know.

Yes, I have some room.
The only problem may be keeping Larry out of the frig until dinner time.

Crystal and would still like to send up our dish for you guys. If someone in the SD area would not mind hauling them we can arrange a pick up time ( Ralphie, Ollie, John??). I'm so bummed we are going to miss this.

I was not able to make the "beer run", so I will not be able to bring any bear for the tasting (unless you want to taste MGD

).
