Josh-

I stopped posting over at Adv. 4X4 after I had finally had enough...and enough has been said about that. I am so glad to see you posting over here and hope you keep checking in. I really like the Blue Forum because of it's size, diversity and quality of membership but sometimes I hate it because of the animosity, people feel comfortable acting like idiots because they'll never meet there peers. For the most part Adv. 4x4 had a core group that was sharp had a sense of humor and enjoyed hitting the trails. Some of us cut our off road teeth as members over there and much like growing up in the same home town or going to the same high school, a special bond was created. I too hope to see more of the really good guys make it over here. TCao, Weeee, TASound, Dionysius, Ecchamberlin, FunJunkie, Teotwaki are just a few I would love to see migrate over. Is it possible to mass email an invitation to everyone from Adventure 4x4? Just a random thought.

Anyway your a good man Josh with lots of good insight, keep posting.

I did that initially to announce the shutdown. I will send out another one just prior to turning out the lights over there.

I'm glad you are willing to give OAUSA a chance. I think, given a little time to get up and going at full speed, we'll all be comfortable here, and ADV4X4 will be a fond memory for us all... :)

No where.

Let's give this forum a chance to get into high gear, and then maybe it'll be more appropriate to discuss ADV4X4 and it's trials and tribulations. For now, those of us who where an integral part of that site would prefer to let it fade out in favor of support for OAUSA in a positive fashion. And remember what curiosity did to that darn cat....

Eric,

I believe what Scott meant was that he wasn't going to go into anymore detail.

Exactly. Let's support OAUSA and get this forum rolling, there is already a great base building steam.

Do you admins. have any control over gas prices? That could gain some some serious membership!

Believe me, with my vehicle, if I had any influence over those knuckleheads, I would lower the price in a flash. If only it were so!
