What's the current status on fires in the fire rings? Allowable or have they shut them down? I can bring firewood -free from my golf course. May also do the Poppy Seed Chicken in a dutch oven that Tom S. liked so much.

CURRENT STATUS OF RULES ON CAMPFIRES AND PETS

1. There are presently no restrictions on campfires at the McGill campground as long as the fires are in the metal rings provide at the campground. BBQs are also OK as long as they are in these rings. Stoves are permitted and can be used at any reasonable location at the campsite.

2. Dog rules are "on leash" and "clean up".

Sounds like we need to designate a fire ring or two for dutch ovens.

Desserts: Cookies of some type. :) Daughter hasn't figured out what she is going to bake yet... what ever it is it will be good. ;)

Grills: One small charcoal grill. :(

Firewood: Hardwood Flooring :geek:
