UPDATE

I have corrected the coordinates for the campground in post #1, above. If you are using a GPS to locate the campground, use these new coordinates.

This is my first time so please let me know what I can bring. I do not have any HF equipment, so I cannot help you our there. I could bring 5 gallons of gas for the generator.

If you need me to bring something larger than a bread basked, I can pull my small (4 x 8) trailer.
Debbie usually makes pasta salad, so we will bring some to share. I did not see anyone bring breakfast, so it probably makes sense for me to bring eggs & bacon.

I see you are having beer and wine tasting. I can make a run to BevMo and bring various beers. I can also bring our finest box of wine.

Eric -

I , for one, thank you on behalf of OAUSA for your generous offers. We can certainly use the fuel, both for the generators, and for the folks who attend. Any wine or beer you would like to contribute to the tasting would definitely be appreciated by all who participate, too.

While a trailer should not be needed, if you have any pop-ups for shade, or extra camping chairs for folks to use running the radios, that would be great, too ;)

See you in a couple of weeks

As Larry mentioned, many thanks!!!

All I would add to Larry's comments is that there is only one meal for which you can contribute food for others and that is the pot luck / Dutch oven dinner on Saturday night. Otherwise, you can either plan meals for just you and Debbie or you can join us and do some joint meals.

I too, don't think you need to pull a trailer to bring extra stuff, but to the extent that you have some extra room, then the extra stuff would be much appreciated.

Tom and I will be bringing several bottles of wine, so you are free to bring either wine or beer. And, BTW, there are some fine box wines out there (Black box is a good example - available at either Albertson's or Vons). I may even bring one myself and let people test it without knowing that it comes in a box!

Looks like 11 signed up? Signing paperwork to extend my impending job loss to mid-September and 'might' be able to make it. IIRC the group site is rather small. Tented it last year, but only have a trailer this year and there just weren't too many spots available for truck/trailer.

FYI - Reserve America is showing loop 2 where we were last year open for June 27/2 nights. No other sites open. Hoping to perhaps nab one of the sites just above loop 2.
