No, it isn't. But I think it would be one we should look into if it can reach out as far as you are. Also, if there are repeaters in your area that we can link to, that may even be a better option.

The Big Bear repeater and the Big Bear City repeater seem to have quite a range. I know the Big Bear City repeater gets into Palm Desert. Combining some of these repeaters with Keller Peak would give us a more complete coverage than just one repeater can, and we should seek out those that can work together amiably. There seems to be a good-spirited rivalry between the Big Bear repeater and Keller Peak which is why I mentioned them.
