Chili Cornbread Pot Pie

Filling, tasty, and easy to make.

At Horsethief Camp I opted to use a stove instead of charcoal and bake the cornbread separately while the chili simmered in the Dutch oven. Note the Flame King refillable 1 pound propane cylinder.
