Why not include the video instead of a link. On YouTube, click on the embed link, strip out the excess code, and use the Flash BBCode.
For example, the first video you posted has this embed code from YouTube has this embedded object HTML code:

Use the Flash BBCode with the width and height parameters and the URL of the movie:
