Please comment here if you have time, I love feedback... especially praise.
Great write up. I don't think I would change a thing. There is no substitute for excitement and passion when making a post and with those ingredients, they are usually good.

If you were looking for good 4x4 training, you have found the best with Tom. He even has a darn good assistant, Bruce.

Taking a 4x4training class with Tom should be on everyone's short list of things to do.

Gabrielle and I met Tom way back when the Rover shack looked like this:

And yes... those are still the paper tags.

The next Mojave Trip is 3 days and 2 nights Oct 9, 10, & 11 2008 and Death Valley is 4 days and 3 nights 12,13,14,15, 2008. Or you could do both for 7 days in the Mojave Desert. I have my 2009 schedule planned but it is not on the web site it. The first trip in 2009 is Death valley March 20-23 and Mojave Road March 28-30.

I was the yellow FJ and I agree the training was excellent! My last training was in the Marine Corps. 20 years ago. I last sold my old Bronco in 96. and been out of wheeling since then.

I was glad to meet Jesse "RayGunn" at the class and had a great time on the trails. Here is a short video of the recovery he was describing.
