I will look somemore but I do not seem to have any pictures of the Lasagna cooking in a Dutch Oven. Must be that everyone was too hungry to take pictures.

I tried out this lasagna on my family tonight.

Everyone agreed it was top-notch!

Even my wife, and she is a lasagna fiend.

Only problem...I think I went over my Weight Watcher points tonight. :o

Oh well...

I'm going to modify this recipie for my Backpaking Oven. It'll be a bit messier than I like, but gooood!

I can hardly wait for the next campout!

We made this last night (at home)... everyone gave it two thumbs up!

A couple modifications:

Onion, cooked in with the ground beef
Fresh garlic, a glove or two cooked in with the beef and a glove or so in the cheese mix
Fresh herbs over dried herbs (use 1.5-2.0 times as much with fresh herbs)

That was it... really yummy!
