If you are coming to test or upgrade, please remember to bring your FRN if you are upgrading or register and get an FRN before the test sesion. Your SSN will not suffice any longer. To register for an FRN go to the following link and click on the "REGISTER" button. Follow the prompts and you generally have your FRN within about five minutes of hitting submit.

Yes, if your license is relatively recent (issued after FRNs were allocated).
Check your wallet license - it should have
"FCC Registration Number (FRN): xxxxxxxxxx" on the bottom, under "Amateur Radio License"

Oh goodie... I was getting worried when I went to register and it said I already was.

I'm going to have to back out as well. I have not even had a chance to open the book and study yet, and my truck still isn't ready for the Indian trip.
