Lol thanks dom. Seriously will be there this year. Need to upgrade to extra while I'm at it!!

It's about three weeks away and we need to do some planning. There are several things needed for the event and volunteers are always appreciated. We need the following:

1. chairs

2. tables

3. generators

4. pop-ups (especially ones with side panels)

5. Ham operators who can do:

APRS demos
HF demos with all the necessary antennas and equipment
VHF/UHF demos for repeaters with all the necessary antennas and equipment
HF Airmail and email demos

6. extension cords for the generators, power strips, power supplies,

7. refrigerators/coolers with drinks

8. chefs willing to enter the lunch cook-off.

I'm willing to set up 40m dipole if someone can bring masts and get power to the radio

I have a Honda SU2000I generator, extension cords, an antenna mast, and if my schedule agrees, I'll be glad to do radio demos on VHF, HF, and APRS...

I also have the ARB FReezer / Fridge in the FJ for drinks...

That was the OAUSA pop up. I don't have another one. I'll see if I can borrow one from someone.
