OK folks, we are about a week away and still need volunteers for some items (listed above).

Also, anyone have access to a portable RTI (ramp travel index)?

I'll bring the following equipment:

HF radio station, including table, chair, antenna, power supply, and generator (which should be working by them )

Mobile HF/VHF/UHF/APRS with laptop in my FJ (and I'll bring some programming cables for anyone who wants to upload repeater freqs into their portables...)

Extension cords, freezer-fridge,

I'll be driving the Tacoma. It has a 6'x6'x awning if we need some shade for one of the tables.

I can also bring a couple of folding tables and chairs.

I'm planning on bringing the solar oven and ingredients for a few different items. Hopefully, the sun will cooperate and we'll have some yummy goodies.

I'll also have the Engel fridge in the back of the truck. Let me know if there is anything specific that you want me to bring.

The tables and the solar oven will really round things out. If you are able to fill the Engel, any kind of soft drink and water will be fine. Thanks!!

Anyone interested in breakfast at Eat-at-Joe's"? I'm thinking 7:00AM to 7:30AM.

We are almost there. Anyone have a pop-up you can bring?

We could also use several clip boards for the Ham Radio testers.
