Anyway... thanks to all those who attended and those who contributed to make this a success. We certainly appreciate it. Also, I want to congratulate those who passed the test. You are now into another addicting hobby that meshes with any outdoor adventure hobby very well. I also want to encourage any of those that may have tried and failed at the test not to give up. Study a little bit more and go try it again.

So... what were the numbers? How many took the test, which levels, etc.???
I didn't show up till about 3:00 so I only know first hand that Jesse passed the Tech and Randy (Xstatic) passed his extra.

Everyones rigs were looking impressive and several such as Jesse and Jay's FJ's have gone through some extensive mods since I last some them. Larry really needs to consider some additional modifications too his rig, it was looking a bit stark. ;)

I was thinking about mounting Nissan Titan onto my right front fender...what do you think, Ollie ?

I'm very happy to hear Ollie's mom is doing so well - she's a terrific lady, a great sport out on the trail, and I look forward to seeing her in action again soon...

And Ollie: I know you were just kidding, but the rest of us did miss you yesterday at BPS - your enthusiasm for OAUSA is only out-shined by your dedication to your family; that's stuff to be very proud of, IMHO ;) :D

Thanks to everyone who hosted, and for motivating me to get off my a** and finally get this done. Both the wife and I passed the tech exam, and I think she's going after her general at the next opportunity.

Great event...new friends were made, rigs were admired, the Outdoor Mecca was shopped (maybe next time we can have it at Lane Bryant so I don't buy anything...I have no self control at BPS) and the awesome bacon cheeseburger was consumed. Here are the photos I took. See y'all in a couple of weeks in AB.
