I am going as well, leaving from Irvine but not sure when. If I had a caravan to meet I would make arrangements. This will be my first one so should be very interesting!

I'll be leaving from Laguna Niguel about 1pm. Friday. Send me a pm with contact info. if you want to caravan up. Scott may join us.

I'm going to leave Irvine around 9:30 because I need to stop off at Dirty Parts to get my dual battery switch replaced before I head out. I caught the little lever on my pants leg and switched it to "Don't charge mode" and broke it off all at once.

I have turned mine off inadvertantly several times (for days on end) in the past as well. Not until my auxillary lights begin to die did I realize something was amiss. A couple of people have moved the switch up higher out of the way.

I'm going up tomorrow morning after I swing by your shop. Since Scott isn't going I might camp with some other SoCal FJ people but I have no real plans other than set up camp and veg.
