Since when has the BLM needed to know when a group crosses their land?toms wrote:Here is the contact number for the Needles BLM

He might be able to coordinate the Barstow BLM office too.
If not here is the contact at Barstow

These are the guys who handle the permits.
Welcome aboard! Well, my lady won't be coming along so you'll have to hear from everyone else. Ah man, I'm gonna miss my lady!bpenn1980 wrote:Quick question.....little miss wants to know if there will be any other ladies coming?

The BLM only requires a permit for commercial operations. Your call is a courtesy to them and will avoid them stopping you to check for a permit. I tried to explain that in my earlier post but I guess I didn't get the point across too well.BorregoWrangler wrote:gon2srf wrote:Do as you want, but it's just a phone call and might save you a lot of time. So do I need an actual permit from them as well or do I just need to give them the info on when we're coming through? Thanks for the info guys. I guess I can just call the office and find out.

Well, I figured if I called it an 80 you'd call me out and then of course you have your screen name?THATSALEXUS? wrote:Actually, an LX450 is an 80, it just isn't a Landcruiser (or is itgon2srf wrote: If Hawkeye comes along there will be 3 80's and a Lexus in the group.).
