not spoiling. the unit keeps one side at a constant 40 degrees and the othe side is adjustable
from 40 degrees to 0 degrees.
I changed the errors in the meal assignments, but keep in mind we can be flexable during the trip.
As far as having one extra person to feed on the above days, just add a bit of water to the mix.
If room allows I still intend to bring amy IRP cooler loaded with dry ice.
What do you think of leaving the assignments as is, in case for an unknown disaster happens
( Tom,s sauce disappears then reappearears almost too late) and we may need a back up?? Or
if those that have meals on that day can get a day of rest.
Do we have a solid head count on the number of folks that will be with us on the trip.
At this time I'm not sure how many we will have??
I knew you couldn't resist another cooler. Congrats!!
I think the assignments are fine. We can move the more perishable food items to the freezers, so meal timing is not that important. I very much like the idea of remaining flexible since there will always be unforeseen things that will change our plans.
At the moment the head count is 9 (excluding the guides on the days that they will be joining us).
Did Tom have an issue with spaghetti sauce?
It might not be a bad idea to have a backup dinner. You just never know when the dinner and half of the group will fall off the table.

Does the Sportsmobile have an oven?
Nope, no oven.
I carry 2 single burner butane stoves, and one propane gas grill. I can however make scalding hot water (180 degrees) for as long as the water supply lasts.

I need some input from everyone:
1. For my meals, I will be preparing salads. I need to know dressing preferences. Tom, you get hot sauce.
2. Does anyone need foo-foo coffee creamers. If so, post your preference.
3. So far, I have the following coffee drinkers: Bob, Bruce, Dani, Chazz and Dave. Any more? I am planning on making this a morning beverage unless someone wants it later in the day.
4.

If my memory is correct I think Tom likes Ranch Dressing!!!!
I just aquired a oven/two burner combo cooking device at Costco, I will try it out before the trip
to see how well it works and bring it with me.
An item for discussion on Wednesday night will be how we will address the lunch asignments.
If anyone has suggestions or solutions ???
I will also have salads for dinner and will bring assorted dressings Ranch,Italian.

Dave (and anyone else doing salad) - in your planning you can do one less serving of salad. Unfortunately, my allergies in that area have crept up enough that no amount of dressing will let me eat them.
Also, we're thinking of doing mahi fish tacos with a mango/pineapple salsa instead of the beef stew, if that sounds more appealing to the group?

Chazz:
Sorry, but fish and I haven't been on speaking terms for quite a number of years. Very bad episode of sickness related to some bad fish.
I vote for the beef stew.
