It would be a good idea to start eating around 6:30 - 7:00 pm. Night runs start around 9:00 pm plus there's also other things we would like to do between the potluck and the start of the night runs.

Two items...
1) I am driving in from Las Vegas, got to work today, so I may be as late as 9 or 10 before I find the campground. Should I find dinner on the way?
2) What else is needed that I could bring for Saturday Potluck Nothing Perishable.

The pot luck was awesome but this salad was my favorite (non-dessert). I need the recipie!
