The Gobi Ranger rack is taller than the OEM rack at it's highest point, but the Gobi Stealth should be slightly lower...

I have measured for both the Ranger and the Stealth. The Ranger is nearly in inch higher at its highest point. The Stealth will fit is I didn't put the PIAA lights on it. The way I've mounted the lights on my factory roof rack actually allows the top of my lights to set lower than the highest point on the roof rack.gon2srf wrote:I was thinking the same thing but did not want to do the work searching for facts. I'm almost positive that my Ranger's height was identical or just barely higher than the OEM rack. Maybe you'll only be able to fit when your tires are a bit more worn.cruiserlarry wrote:That's strange - usually the Gobi Stealth sits lower than the factory rack...OLLIE wrote:I completely agree... about the wiring and the rack. The only reason I haven't went that route yet is that it won't fit in my garage with any other rack; even the GOBI Stealth.
Or at least make the down payment on new house.cruiserlarry wrote:Looks like it's time for a Gobi Stealth and 4 PIAA 2100 HIDs...![]()

(maybe cheaper to get a new house, though...)
It has crossed my mind. If it wasn't a daily driver I just might do that.traveltoad wrote:Or let the air out of your tires.
Couple of questions for you on the gun rack... are you happy with them? Nice and rattle-free on the trail (well, as rattle free as a shotgun can beOLLIE wrote:
