Very nice. You don't see too many people actually wheelin an Xterra. Were those images taken in Big Bear? Some of the trails look familiar.

That's a nice xterra.
You wouldn't happen to know where I can get one of those tires do you? I ruptured the sidewall on the last outing and need to find a used spare.
Hope to see you on the trail.

The first picture is Jacoby Canyon in Big Bear IIRC. The second picture is Clark's Grade in Big Bear. It used to be considered a moderate trail, but since the fires they graded it and it was just a dirt road. The last one is Gold Mtn. in Big Bear. The middle pictures were Pinyon Canyon in Borrego. Those tend to be the two places I go since they're pretty close. I try to do a run a month but it ends up being about every 6 weeks.

Thanks! I bought the tries used from someone. He was upgrading to 35's. Most people I know who have them have to order them through someplace like Discount Tire.

Let's just say I was sweating bullets. Since the FJ is the only one that had a little minor scrape I'd say we had less than 1.5" of room for error.
You enter as tight as you can on the drivers side. Eventually the sidewalls can't stick to the rock anymore and you slide down toward the center of the opening and it puts you less than an inch from the rock on the passenger side. That little opening took each rig about 15 minutes to get through. Then some Jeep comes along and get's through instantly of course.
