This net is a follow on to our prior discussion. We want to find out what successes everyone has had. We would love to hear about any "burned" stories. And we want to discuss recipes. Bruce Crabtree will be on hand to anwser technical questions and address problem.

We had a great discussion last night on what everyone has been cooking with their Dutch Ovens recently. The net was rich with tips for using a DO, tools to use, and styles of cooking. We touched on baking sour dough bread including the starter and how to know when the bread is done. Recipes discussed on the net will be posted on the forum. Our Guest Bruce KI6RZW was able to fill in the background and lots of details on many of the topics raised.
There were many ideas for sources of Dutch Oven ID tags and how to build them yourself.
The net lasted a bit past 2 hours and we had 29 check ins.
Thanks to everyone who contributed with their Dutch Oven experiences.
