This one is easy. It can be made with a conventional pot on a stove top as well. With all the melted cheese, you might think that clean up of your Dutch oven could be a problem. In a well seasoned oven and assuming you do not burn it, clean up is just like anything else cooked in the DO.

Tom’s Tasty Tortilla Cheese Soup

Ingredients:
1 Family size can of Campbell Cream of Chicken Soup (26 oz)
1 large can of Chunk Chicken in water (10 oz) – optional
1 Jar Thick & Chunky Salsa (Hot) (16 oz) (use less than ½ jar)
1 Box of Velveeta Cheese (use about 10 oz)
1 package of Tostitos Corn Chips
1 Bag Grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions
Make soup per instructions
Cut Velveeta into chunks (to speed process) and melt into the soup
(Use more or less cheese to taste)
Add can of chicken (drain water)
Add Salsa (start with small amount and use more or less to taste)

Actually you can dump all the above in at once!

Serving:
Ladle soup mixture into a bowl; cover with chips and
Sprinkle grated cheese on top to cover.

All the heat is applied to the bottom of the Dutch oven.

Wow - I haven't seen any mention of Velveeta cheese since I was growing up back in New York...

We'd eat it as a snack, and use it for fish bait at the lakes upstate (it worked great, too... )

So you guys would rather share the gastric results with your wives than your camping friends? :o
