Hi, the Dutch Oven cook book that was mentioned on the Dutch Oven II radio show on Thursday 2/19/2009 evening is this one:
The Old-Fashioned Dutch Oven Cookbook by Don Holm. This is the original Dutch oven cookbook from the 1960's that got the DO craze started. The author goes beyond what most readers would expect from a cookbook. He takes that extra step and provides a bundle of outdoor stories that outdoor lovers, and others, will enjoy. And, besides a history of the Dutch oven and the stories, Holm provides many useful recipes for beginners and experienced cooks as well. This book is a good study for all serious Dutch oven cooks and beginners as well.

If you didn't already hear the show on the ham radio, it's pretty good. You can freely download the MP3 from here (right-click and "Save Link as"). After Tom does the intro, you can safely skip over the roll call to 41 minutes into the show.
