APRS SSID's

I have been traveling and watching my APRS when I do. I see some crazy callsigns pop up and have realized that some people may not be aware that different dash numbers after their callsign on APRS mean different things. These are probably optional but I thought I would share it anyway.

Since I have an HT APRS (VX-8R) and a Mobile APRS (Kenwood TM-710A) unit my callsigns for each unit are as follows:
Mobile Callsign: K6JYB-9
HT Callsign: K6JYB-7

Here is a list of the standard SSID's to be used:

Thank you for answering the question about call sign suffixes on the APRS system...I was curious about why they seemed "random"...they're not.

Time to fix my radios.... :lol:
