Just received the latest issues of Land Cruiser Magazine from Japan.

I'm proud to announce that 3 of our members were featured in articles about FJ Cruiser owners in the USA. The feature photographer has previously done articles on Dirty Parts vehicles, and had called me to request a group of modified FJ Cruisers for a photo shoot in Hungry Valley for possible inclusion in future editions.

So far members who's vehicles were featured are:

Ollie - August 2009 issue features Ollie and the "Bugeater"

BruisedFJ - Sept 2009 issue features Jon and his black cherry FJC

cruiserlarry - Oct 2009 issue features me and my "1 Crazy FJ"

also featured among the 3 issues were members of the FJ Cruiser Forums and So Cal FJ Cruiser forum - congratulations to all.

A nice side note - though the magazine is published in Japanese, the photographer got them to include mention of Outdoor Adventure USA, and the www.oausa.net web address in Ollie's article...we're now world-wide !!!

I don't think so. I haven't been able to locate anything related to this mag (Land Cruiser Magazine) or it's publisher (Kapisama Entertainment) in English. The mag is not sold in the US, and the publisher's website is in Japanese...

Any ideas ???

So does that mean that Warfield Off Road will get some Japan press? Becouse of BruisedFJ.

I don't have a scanner - but maybe I can find some one who does...the photographer is going on a Rubicon trip next week, but when he gets back, he said he'll make a disc of all the pics for me. So, once I get that, I'll post up some photos...

I think the photo shoot was before he had the Warfield box in the back of his FJ...no shots of the box in the mag - sorry
