I rode with friends in 2007 and 2008.
I'm white, 30, and into sailing. I'm not working so my schedule is wide open frequently, though I do lots of sailing, on weekends and Wednesday's.

Check out the Summerfest event up in Big Bear in June. Most likely someone will have an open seat. Tell us more about some of the other outdoor activities you participate in (sailing, hiking, mtn bike riding, etc). After all, this is an outdoor site, not just a 4wd site.

Like sdnative said, someone's likely to have an open seat. Just be careful if you decide to ride along with him. He'll blame you when he crashes his rig!

Hey I am in La Mesa as well, if I go on an outing your more then welcome to ride along. I don't have a super amazing rig but its fun. Hopefully see ya around.
