What do you guys/gals have for a PulPal mount? I need one and I am looking for ideas. I would prefer a roofrack mount (I think) even though it adds weight up high.

T Toad:
I would check out John or Ho at Expedition Exchange in Torrance. They specialize in Land rovers. They have a Disco and a Defender. I'm sure they can come up with a solution. They have roof racks on both their vehicles altho I cant remember if they carry a pul-pal on the rack. Beyond that if you want to fabricate something for your rack you can weld a bung to the pullpal and to the rack then put a bolt thru them and fab a loop for the other end. Unfortunately this picture doesn't show it very well but that's how it's attached to this rack. It will hold very well. You're welcome to come over and take some measurements. By the way, if you know anyone who has a Hummer H2 and is looking for a rack, I'm selling this one with a Gobi ladder. Also, I spent lots of time on 1150GS' here and in New Mexico. I have had most of my exploring experience on dualsports before I got into cages. Expeditionexchange.com or 310-618-1875, (they're also Hams).

T Toad:

I was at expedition exchange today and asked about pull-pal mounts. They don't know of any pre-made applications and are thinking of fabbing something for their own personal use, so it seems that you may be forced to make something for yourself.

Oh yeah... I speak to John and Ho very regularly (daily).
