What are some nearby Hotels? I have to decide whether to buy a tent + gear or hotel.

i think the nearest are in Borrego Springs. They have some pretty nice ones I think.

Given the location of our campsite, you should also consider lodging in Julian. There are some very comfortable B&Bs in and near there.

Thanks guys. I remember Julian was pretty close to the Stage Coach campsite. See you guys there.

I'm extremely reluctant to sign up for this event. Last year I did and it caused me to have a heart attack instead. Totally missed out on some neat mine exploration.
