Thursday BorregoFest Run (Inbound from Arizona)

If any of the Arizona folks attending BorregoFest care to head out on Thursday you are welcome to join us. We're planning to take our time and probably cut through the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge, then camp somewhere on the California side - probably in Oxbow, which is on the CA side of Cibola. Our schedule on Thursday is flexible, but I want to get on Cibola Road and through the base early enough to check out the wildlife refuge and make camp before dark.
Friday morning we're going to wander on 78 the rest of the way to the BorregoFest campground, visiting the Imperial Sand Dunes (Glamis), the old navy site on the Salton Sea, and anything else of interest we find on the way. Driving straight there takes about 3 hours, so we'll have plenty of time to explore.
The dirt portions of the route should be pretty easy. As far as I remember, there is no fuel from the time you get on AZ-95 until we reach Brawley by the Salton Sea (140 miles from Quartzsite, or 180 from Yuma). Estimated arrival at BorregoFest is early afternoon.
