Thanks to Bob, i have found you all. My name is David Compson (kf7bvb) and I have an H2. Bob and I have been wheeling together for about 5 years now. I am looking forward to meeting you all at some point, and accompanying you on a trip. Also, i need to learn more about HAM as i have not done alot with my license.
Here are a couple of photos of my truck.
Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave. There's another Dave around here with an H2 somewhere too. He uses Panzie Shields though. It's great to have you aboard.

Welcome to OAUSA, Dave.
I'm guessing, based on my experience here, that all green H2s actually used off-road were sold to Daves
If you are willing to drive in to Rancho Cucamonga, CA on Mar 19, you'll get a chance to meet our other H2 Dave, along with many of our other members - and see all types of ham radio set-ups, both portable and in-vehicle, in operation.

Hey Dave:
Welcome to OAUSA. It took a few minutes for me to recognize your name, but with Bob's help, I now remember you from the HX site.
Bob (diverbob)is meeting us at our Meet & Greet on 3/19/11 and if you can bum a ride, we would enjoy meeting another Vegas wheeler! There will be several Ham radio demonstrations and a pretty good selection of restaurants (see Larry for details). Hope to see you there!

Ill see what i can do about getting down there. Would be nice to see others setups'. Nice to see another dave with an h2 that uses it. I can count on one hand the number of h2 owners in the Vegas area that actually use their hummers. But, on a plus side, that means there will be plenty of fresh parts for me (and bob) in the future. Ill post pics of the interior ham / other stuff setup soon.
Take care
