The event will take place September 9-12 at the Marriott Torrance / South Bay (3635 Fashion Way, Torrance, CA 90503), and will feature exhibitors, seminars, technical workshops, radio demonstrations, T-hunting, and a banquet.

Hmmmm............. I just might have to look in on that, seeing it 's just down the street a few blocks from my office.
What do you say, Larry. Shall we check out the banquet?

I think we need to role in there with a bunch of amateur radio equipped 4WD's. What you think?

And a butt-load of OAUSA business cards and vehicle stickers, too...
I think we should definitely put this on the calendar - after all, given our test session results at the M&G, and the likelihood of a repeat performance at Summerfest, we could become quite an attraction at Hamcon...

No - that was my point

We should have materials to hand out, and make our presence known at Hamcon

OK. It's this weekend. Friday and Saturday are looking like the best days. Vendor/Exhibitor hours on Friday are 4:00PM to 7:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
There will be several of what they call "tech talks" on Friday and Saturday, see:
http://www.hamconinc.org/tech-talks/_Te ... mation.pdf.
Cost is somewhere around $20.00.
So, who is going?
