Everyone's favorite subject.

This week's net will cover several cooking methods including solar stoves, manifold cooking (aka, 30w cuisine), pressure cookers, Dutch Ovens, gas and propane stoves, backpacking stoves, and of course, campfire cooking.

We will also coax our chefs to let us in on some of their recipes.

Join us and add your cooking experiences.

I was surprised that it was done faster than I expected.

I needed to homogenize the brown sugar and butter a bit more. Nothing burned dark spots are clumps of sugar.

Pineapple upsidedown cake, yummy. Don't homogenize anything, there is nothing better than clumps of carmelized brown sugar. Depending on how moist your cake mix is sometimes what appears to be over cooked actally tastes better. Carmelized pineapple, brown sugar etc.

Looking good and tasting better I'll bet!
