Catalina- Night

Post by ssc » Wed Aug 31, 2011 9:22 am

Had to run over to the Island this weekend to take care of some things. Took a few night pictures. When you have shot a place for years it is a challenge to look for some different views.

Cheers, Steve

Very nice Steve, the Casino is a wonderful building to shoot. What exactly do you run over there in?

Hi Scott,
I take the helicopter. The pictures on my computer are sharp, but here they look OOF.

I think we should have an OAUSA family day/weekend gathering at the Island. Lots of fun things to do. :D

What's the chopper cost these days? Don't worry about how the pics look online. I have the same issues, my consolation: All my pictures look insane on my kids 24" Apple monitor. :D

Hi Scott,
Not sure of the price, but think $164 maybe? We have commuter books. The number is 310-510-2525. Island Express. Kidding aside, I would like to see a family weekend over there. There is camping, hiking, sights to see. I would be happy to show anyone around. If enough people wanted to do an inland tour, I might be able to arrange a discount, or borrow a car. Carts can not go inland.

Cheers, Steve

THese pics are great Steve. They look fine on my monitor. An island family day or weekend does sound fun.
