I think all the food at the potluck was incredible! I would like the dutch oven recipes, and the chicken adobe recipe from Friday night!

What can I say - I didn't meet a Potluck meal I wouldn't eat 
Seriously, there were some amazing dishes for all to enjoy; so many that I can't begin to name them all...I think I spent most of Saturday night in a Potluck-induced coma...
I would be remiss, however, if I didn't give a big thumbs up to the amazing dutch oven culinary skills of Tom (peach cobbler) and Tim (triple chocolate cake) - both put the dessert "icing" on the Potluck dinner "cake"
