Great pictures, Eric. Family trips are always the best! Were you able to run any trails around the Grand Canyon?

The waterline marks on the canyon behind the Hoover Dam remind me of the hills on the west side of the Salton Sea. You can see the waterline mark of the ancient inland sea up there on the side of the mountains.

That is a family trip that will be remembered for a long time. You visited the GC at a very special time of the year - when there is snow.

I was surprised to see that Mead is still as low as it is, even though it has been steadily rising over the last 6-9 months.
