I volunteer to captain 40 meters, (or whatever is needed...)

I'm planning on bringing the following equipment:

Kenwood TS-690 HF Radio w/power supply
Yaesu FT-450AT w/power supply
TW (20m /17m / 15m / 10m antenna)
15m, 20m, and 40m band pass filters
Honda EU2000I Generator
29' Tripod Antenna mount
4 - 50-75' runs of RG-8X coax w/various UHF connectors/adapters (90 degree PL239-SO239, male-male SO239), 3-4 jumper RX-8X coax cables, etc.
Power strips (2), HD 50' extension cords (2)
Folding table
Toughbook Laptop
Propane heaters (2)
Portable 12V LED light (1)
Folding Chair (1)

I have a pop-up, but I won't have room to take it...

I'll have the Yaesu FT 847 and ATAS 120A in the FJ for backup...

Larry and Jon:

Thanks for stepping up.

Larry

1. what is a TM 20m /17m / 15m / 10m antenna

2. can you be specific on how many runs of RG-8X coax, including length, and what kind of connectors you will bring.

I dont have much to offer, but do have a couple of small tables, a buddy heater, and access to as many extension cords in lengths from 5-100' If I see any requests for anything I can supply I will add to my list

Thanks, Cris.

The 100' cords are great. What gauge wire? We could use 4-5.

We'll definitely be able to use the heater.

What size are the tables?

I figured you wouldn't come up for air until the race was over. No problems. Good luck finding the two other operators.

And, make some easy to follow directions for the mast.
