Salton Sea: Is it drying up?

I really don't care one way or another if it drys up. It was created accidentally and the efforts to divert increasingly scarce (in a God forsaken state that wants to de-industrialize and intentionally fails to build and maintain infrastructure...and is actually debating dam removal) water resources to maintain it are an Obamanation and waste of taxpayers money and water.
