Not all bands and modes are available at all stations. The Military stations will announce the Amateur Frequencies they will be listening on. This is a cross band operation. The Military stations will transmit on Military frequencies and the Amateurs on Amateur frequencies. Amateurs should not transmit outside of the amateur bands and license classes.
