I definitely see more brown widows around here than I do of the black ones. I went around the house last night and killed a bunch of them. Don't want any kids getting bit.

Sounds like you are attacking the problem well by clearing the clutter, etc. and removing food sources. Outside of setting off a few bug bombs inside the house (after you turn off all sources of ignition - pilot lights etc.!!!!!) and spraying like you are, you should win the battle...as much as possible given your rural location.
