Life has had me pretty far underwater the past few months. I hadn't really picked up a camera since we were in Telluride earlier in the summer. So, we headed out yesterday to try and find some fall color and have a much needed temporary escape. We didn't have to go very far.











This is probably the last week for the leaves but I've got a spot in mind to try and get to next weekend. Hopefully they'll stick around one more week.

You know, we miss so much when we only have about one season, like we seem to have.

thanks dave. having seasons again is so nice. this is the first time that the girls have ever seen leaves change. pretty cool to see their reactions yesterday.

snow is on the wind, it's just not coming fast enough, at least for me.
