This week’s net will cover the subject of wine. Wine is a great companion when recreating in the outdoors as long as done responsibly. That means after the day’s activities and in a safe place like around a camp fire. Our guest will be Wine Master Lynda KI6SXI. Lynda is a wealth of information on wine and will take your questions on topics such as wine making, wineries, wine tasting, corks, box wines, reading labels and much more. We will do a taste test of a wine. If you want to follow along and give us your tasting input Thursday night, purchase a bottle of McMannis Petite Sirah at Bev Mo for $10. This is a 2012 double gold winner at least the 2010 vintage. All I could find was 2011 vintage! We will see! I am not sure that I am a fan of Sirah even if it is Petite but Lynda is determine to find one I like. If you have a favorite wine, let us know.
