One of the issues you mentioned tonight, sanitation while cooking, brought to mind a product I saw on our river rafting trip this last summer called The Wishy Washy Hand Washer, made by Partner Steel. It is a little bulky, but with several people on a trip, it sure helps to keep hands clean and it's easy to use.
