Dark Canyon / Parashant Sign-Up

Happy New Year:
I am in the process of finalizing the details and itinerary for the trip. As I mentioned earlier, our timing for the trip will be from April 26, 2013 to May 10, 2013. To the extent possible, I want to keep some degree of flexibility so that we can adjust things if there is a particularly bad weather situation.
Please use this thread to sign up. If you have any questions before you sign up, especially regarding costs, please PM me or post up here.
At this point, we will be imposing an 7 vehicle maximum for the trip. We may add another vehicle, depending on the number of people who sign up.
Couple of notes:
1. We will be doing all meals as a group. Start thinking about your best recipes now.
2. We will be having several conference call meetings to organize and plan. I have found that the best way for us to do this is with Skype. If you have not loaded the Skype program onto your computer yet, you will want to do so soon. The download is free and all calls you make to other Skype users are also free. It does require a high speed internet connection (DSL works) - no dial up.
3. We will also use the opportunity of the OAUSA Meet and Greet on March 16, 2013 for an in-person planning meeting. Please calendar this date and plan on attending.
4. We will begin discussing all equipment needs and other planning, following the last sign-up. Separate threads will be used for these purposes.
