This kind of stuff sickens me...

"Vandals are using social media to get others to join in. Rattlesnake Canyon and Barker Dam are temporarily closed."

No matter what it is, there is always someone willing to ruin it for everyone else.

I think there is no choice but to close off these areas until they can try to figure out a way to protect them for the future - and better to do it now then when there is nothing left but the memories of past visitors...either way, we all lose. :(
