Tonight’s discussion is a trip to the ghost towns of Esmeralda County NV.

Some (but perhaps not all) of the ghost town in The county are:
Stateline, Blair, Coaldale, Hardluck, Lida, Goldpoint, Weepah, Gold Hit, Columbus , Gilbert, and Palmetto.

We might throw Silver Peak in although it has been taken over mostly by The Chemetall Foote Coporation and Scorpio Gold Corporation. We will not be able to discuss all of them.

This pdf shows the off-road route we took. Many of the Ghost towns can be accessed on gravel road from US95 too.

Clayton Valley - Silver Peak is in the distance Not close enough to read - Just showing that NV does a good job with markers. Most of the Ghost towns have a marker like this. Blair Diablo Base Line
