This week’s net will cover the subject of wine.

Wine is a great companion when recreating in the outdoors as long as done responsibly. That means after the day’s activities and in a safe place like around a camp fire.

Our returning guest will be Wine Master Lynda KI6SXI. Lynda is a wealth of information on wine and will talk about wine making, wineries, wine tasting, corks, box wines, reading labels and much more.

We will taste test 2 wines. If you want to follow along and give us your tasting input Thursday night, purchase a bottle of
1) Hey Mambo Sultry Red 2011. It can be found at Total Wine in Redondo Beach.
2) The second wine will be Puerto Salinas 2009 and can be found at K&L wines in Hollywood or other places if you search.

Remember – you cannot be mobile if you are taste testing!!
