The potluck / Dutch Oven cook-off will be on Saturday evening, June 27, 2015, somewhere between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Plan your trail runs to make it back in time. The wine and beer tasting and appetizers will begin around 5:00PM Saturday evening.

Please post your most savory dish that you will be bringing to the potluck and it will be added to the lists below. Please keep your serving sizes to about 8 people.

The winner of the cook-off will be receiving some free off-roading/camping gear (to be disclosed later). The competition will be open to any dish offered up for consumption, including Dutch Oven meals, main dishes, and desserts. Some may argue that this gives an edge to a certain resident of Cuyamaca, but we play no favorites! Games on!!!

Here is what the cooking table looked like in the past!

I'm making a Dutch oven 6 bean casserole. I'll also have a cheese fondue for happy hour. I'm also bringing white wine to go with the fondue or for those who prefer to drink white. I'll bring a couple of bundles of firewood.

Does the fondue count for the Dutch oven competition if I use a cast iron fondue pot? :D

If it's a Dutch Oven, it counts. Good luck!

I'll put a lump of charcoal under it to keep it warm. [emoji2]
