We'll plan on preparing several hot and cold appetizers and bringing some wine too.
Appetizers: Bacon Wrapped Dates; Ramaki (Bacon Wrapped around Chicken Livers and Water Chestnuts); BCHB (Bacon, Cheese, Jalapeno Bites); and cold Pasta Tuxedos.
Wine: TBD
Since we seem to get an abundance of Main dishes, we'll bring a nice dinner Salad instead.
We'll bring a stove and small oven.

I haven't decided for sure what to make but I was thinking of trying chicken and dumplings or a chicken pot pie again.
Of course I'll bring a selection of wine.

For appetizers, I was thinking of Brazilian cheese bread balls and mesquite-smoked quail eggs. For dinner, Dave’s favorite: chili (with cornbread). For desert, peach cobbler. I could also do a breakfast and lunch if desired. Please let me know when you’d like me to do any of these. Thanks.
And I’ll also bring a few bottles.

I’m not sure which slots we have open, but I’m thinking breakfast is one of them, and maybe lunch too. Kevin will know for sure, and I think he will be posting soon, along with numbers for each meal.

As of now, we have Sunday breakfast open.
The other items will be great for Saturday pot luck, or as an appetizer for Friday or Saturday.
I would love to try a smoked quail egg and the Brazilian cheese balls sound great!
It is hard to get an exact headcount until people respond with a confirmation if they are participating in the meal or fending for themselves.
